Cosy and luxurious, perfect for family holidays when second best isn't good enough
La Petite Maison is a charming converted cottage retaining the original oak beams, decorative fireplace and many more original features. It is arranged over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 people comfortably, or 8 people if the sofa bed in the lounge is used.
Pine shutters provide shelter from the hot sun during summer, while electric storage heating keeps things warm and cosy during the winter months.
Recently converted into holiday accommodation, La Petite Maison is stylishly furnished and fully equipped to make your holiday one you'll remember for years to come.

The lounge diner features a period fireplace and sink left over from the property's time as a farm building. If you're stuck indoors, there's plenty of entertainment in the form of a widescreen satellite TV that features all the British channels, DVD player, CD & radio.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for larger parties, so you won't be short on cutlery, crockery and most importantly, wine glasses. Plus there is a dishwasher, so you can forget the trials of the washing up.

The hand-crafted staircase takes you up the the upstairs landing from where you can access the three bedrooms and main bathroom.
The master bedroom is a double with shutters looking out onto the courtyard. The two remaining bedrooms are twins, both of which are roomy enough to also fit a infant's cot should that be required. (We can supply up to 2 cots free of charge on request).
The main bathroom is a spacious room with plenty of natural light. The bath takes centre stage and also has a powerful shower attachment. We provide towels for your stay, but request you bring your own pool towels.
Kids and adults both love our private heated outdoor swimming pool, which is 10m and chlorine free. The pool is shared with the Barn next door.
There's plenty of patio furniture and poolside loungers so you can relax by the pool or set up a lazy lunchtime barbecue for your party (barbecue equipment - shared with the Barn - is provided).
Safe parking for up to 6 cars is available.
The view from the House looks down to the River Vienne, and you can sometimes hear it trickling away. Not far away you will find a small local bakery which will provide you with croissants and fresh bread every morning.
The neighbours at Manot are very quiet and friendly, so be sure to brush up on your French so that you remember to say Bonjour! every morning!
The House is a lovely place to stay and an ideal base to explore the area. We're sure you'll have a great time here.
If you have a larger party or want a little more room to spread out, why not check out The Barn, which sleeps up to 10 people over 4 bedrooms.
